Our Company History

Research Associates was established in 1985 by Bill Satterlee. Originally specializing in satisfaction and loyalty audits of the marketplace (customer satisfaction) and workplace (employee satisfaction), Research Associates has expanded its capabilities to include a wide range of products and services.
